How's your Christmas guys? I bet each of you had your own personal Christmas celebration. As for me, I spent my Christmas with my family and I am so happy with that. As you may know, most restaurants also celebrate Christmas by creating new Christmas menu or decorating their restaurants with Christmas decoration. Well, Christmas just bring happiness for everyone, right?
The one that I'm going to talk is one of restaurants that specialized in serving guilty pleasure again! (read: crab) Please welcome Cajun Claws, a seafood restaurant located in North Jakarta, specifically at Pantai Indah Kapuk. They aim to bring the real flavors of Lousiana, USA to diners in Jakarta. It has not been long since they opened their restaurant to public, but I could say that they are going to be strong competitor for other seafood restaurants nearby. (you will find out about it later!)

Pada 2 Januari 2015, komedian Ge Pamungkas mendatangi Cajun Claws di Pantai Indah Kapuk. Aktor bernama asli Genrifinadi Pamungkas ini juga mengunggah salah satu foto seafood andalan Cajun Claws dan menuliskan pesan pendek yang menunjukkan kalau ia menikmatinya. Postingan di akun instagramnya Gepamungkas, mendapat likes lebih dari 2735 dalam dua hari.

The culinary scene in Jakarta is a peculiar one; meal quality seems to play a lesser role in attracting customers rather than being on-trend.
People talk about the various levels of pungency offered in ramen when the fad is all about this Japanese dish and ramen shops everywhere seem to be filled with customers. Later, when the trend has changed to coffee brewing, it is the coffee shops that are swarming with people.

Kepiting merupakan salah satu andalan hidangan
laut atau seafood yang paling mudah dijumpai. Rendah kandungan lemak dan
mengandung 82 kalori per 3 ons sajiannya. Kenapa mengkonsumsi kepiting?
Karena hidangan laut satu ini tergolong kaya akan vitamin
dan mineral yang membuat tubuh lebih sehat dan menjadi bagian dari program diet atau menjaga berat
badan. Ada banyak rumor yang membuat orang menjauhi kepiting, salah satunya alasan kolesterol
namun sebenarnya
manfaat yang dibawanya lebih banyak.
